The Metropolitan Kitchen was set up in 2015 to provide exclusive and memorable dining experience at reasonable cost. Through organizing private dinners and by bringing in highly qualified and experienced chefs, private dinners are held at Star Group’s own venue mostly, but at times at outside restaurants. Starting in 2015, Metro Kitchen also collaborates with different chefs to operate restaurants at Star Group’s retail venues, and cuisines include Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asia, and European.

Metro Kitchen prided itself in its good food at reasonable price, flexibility, and good services.

As of June 2022, Metro Kitchen is involved in six restaurants and one bar, as well as two venues for private dinner gatherings.
