Founded in 2016, Metro Storage has the mission of providing mini storage facilities to people living in Hong Kong where living space is often limited. To offer secure and safe storage to users, Metro Storage is designed, built, and tested in accordance with each building’s respective lease conditions and the latest Hong Kong Fire Services Department guidelines. Each of them is equipped with a high-security system and a registered fire system and has staff on duty during office hours and 24-hours remote monitoring. Also, every Metro Storage is well-ventilated with air conditioners, ensuring appropriate temperature and humidity.

Metro Storage has the reputation of being safe and yet affordable, a high standard of maintenance, and client services and accessibility.

As of June 2022, self-operated or franchised, Metro Storage has a network of 18 mini storages all over Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
